SHIPPING POLICY

The team at VIII28 work hard to deliver orders within the given guidelines and timeframes.

Peak trading times, holidays, and sale periods can impact these timeframes. We ask and appreciate your patience during these times. Please be aware that all orders placed after 13:00h on a Friday will be processed on Monday the following week.

Orders in Spain are shipped with FREE Standard delivery within 3-5 Business Days.

We do not ship to the following Spanish areas: Ceuta, Melilla, and Las Palmas.

EU and Rest of the World

Orders within the EU (selected countries apply: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden) are shipped with standard delivery with an added cost of €34,99.

Orders within the EU for a value over 100€ are eligible for FREE Standard shipping.

United Kingdom

We are currently not shipping to the UK.

USA

Due to tariff changes in the US, we will temporarily not be doing orders with shipments of packages of commercial value equal to or less than $800 to the US as of Monday, August 25, 2025.

Import Tax

Deliveries may be subject to local import fees or taxes, this will be calculated through your local customs office and is subject to the shipping policies within your country.

The customer is solely responsible for any additional costs. This cost will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once payment is made.

Should a delivery be refused, the cost of the original and return shipping will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund.

Please note, there may be a minimum threshold for imported goods into your country. For any larger orders, we would recommend checking these requirements with your local customs office.

RETURNS

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES ARE ONLY VALID FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

Please email: info@viii28.com with pictures of the defective product so we can resolve the problem. as soon as possible.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odours.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in resalable condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your account, depending upon the bank.

We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original payment method..

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase.
